New to Daniel's Power Yoga?   

These classes are for everyone. You don't need to be flexible or strong to come in and practice, you just need to show up. The classes are designed to help anybody, regardless if you are brand new or experienced in yoga. You will strengthen, lengthen, and increase overall health and vitality. So come in with an open mind and ready to be challenged.

First time taking a class with Daniel?   

You may show up to any class. If you are new to yoga, it is recommended that you attend the "level 1-2" class to begin. All of our classes are taught on a donations only basis; please bring cash or a check to donate. We rent and sell yoga mats if you do not have one. We also have yoga rugs available to be purchased which helps our students not to slip and slide when they get the sweat going. You may submit a new student information sheet on-line; otherwise, try to show up to class 10 to 15 minutes early to fill one out. Out of respect to others, we ask that you keep cell phones off, and refrain from using heavy perfumes, lotions, or smoking right before class. Due to limited space, only class participants will be allowed during class time.

Pricing?   

Starting September 1st Newport Beach Power Yoga will be charging $14.00 per class or $120.00 for a package of 10. We thank you for your continued support and hope to see you soon!
